What is Swiss Hire Kit?
A self-guided application kit with guided document preparation in four languages, formatted PDF and Word files, and salary preparation.
You prepare, check and send your own application. Personal HR review, automatic AI writing, individual translation and legal or immigration advice are not included.
Where do the materials come from?
The original guidance was prepared with HR specialists familiar with the Swiss job market and RAV practice.
The practical worksheets, worked cases and software were added later. They are editorial and software additions and have not been presented as a new review by the original HR authors. Original provenance does not make every older recommendation a current rule: follow the vacancy instructions and check current official requirements for your circumstances.
The public interviews and expert contributions retain their original quotations and portraits.

You do not need to upload documents to use the application workspace. Your entries, chosen layout and optional photo are saved in this browser. When you download a formatted PDF or Word file, the document data is sent to the export service to create the file in memory; it is not retained or sent to an AI service. You can clear saved entries in the workspace or delete this website’s data in your browser settings.
Your salary comparison
The free salary overview sends the selected profession and displayed common assumptions through our server to the Federal Statistical Office model. The detailed comparison uses the profile fields you choose. Your target salary stays in your browser. The server does not retain the profile fields submitted for salary comparison; public category availability may be cached. See the salary methodology for the data source and assumptions.
Open my application
Your details, drafts and uploaded files are saved in this browser until you clear them. Creating PDF, Word or ZIP files temporarily sends the necessary data and files to this site’s service. It creates the download without retaining them or sending them to AI.
Your preferences and drafts
Your browser stores your selected language, checklist progress and application drafts so you can continue later. You can delete drafts in the workspace or delete this website’s data in your browser settings.
Your account and saved profile
We store your account email, access rights and sign-in sessions. A necessary sign-in cookie keeps you signed in. When you select Save in My account, your name, contact details and optional photo are saved on our server for reuse in the kit; CV drafts are not automatically saved there. The account and saved profile remain until profile deletion. Clearing browser drafts does not delete your account.
Checkout and support
When you continue to Stripe, your email address is sent to Stripe to create checkout and associate the order. We use it to send your access code and keep it in this browser tab so the sign-in form can reuse it. It does not subscribe you to marketing.
If you email [email protected], your email address and the information you send are used to handle your enquiry. Send only what is needed to explain the issue. For a question about your information or a deletion request, contact the same address.
Payment records are retained for accounting, including after profile deletion.
Site measurement
We count public page views, purchase-button clicks and checkout starts in aggregate, with broad source, country and device categories. This first-party measurement uses no analytics cookies, visitor IDs or fingerprinting, and stores no IP addresses, full URLs or individual browsing history. We also count active-page and interview-reading signals, purchase-form steps, closed payment windows and promotion-window interactions; these are aggregate signals, not individual journeys or proof of reading. Daily detail is kept for 365 days. Older totals are retained as monthly aggregates, with daily rows removed at the next measurement or statistics use. We respect Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Verified payments and accounting records are separate from site measurement.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Links to official sources open third-party websites, whose own privacy policies apply. Files you download and text you copy stay under your control; review personal information before sharing an application.
